Whether you’re a seasoned outdoor swimmer or just getting started, our private 100m lake is the perfect place to enjoy the benefits of cold water.
Many Glove Dippers have been swimming here since we opened in 2015. All are passionate about the physical and mental health benefits gained from cold-water swimming in nature.
Before & after your swim
Wild Herb at The Field Kitchen, our onsite café, serves light lunches, refreshments, and delicious cakes and is open WEEKDAYS 9am to 4pm, WEEKENDS 10am to 4pm.
The perfect follow-up to a refreshing dip.
Black Swan Sauna offer weekday lake-side individual, group, or private sauna sessions. You can book a session via www.blackswansauna.co.uk.
