Tempeste has been dedicated to her own Pilates practice for almost two decades, and her deep love of movement led her to train as an instructor with STOTT Pilates. With a background in teaching and a passion for mindful living, she brings a thoughtful, inspiring approach to every class. Her sessions invite you to move with awareness, enjoyment, and strength — helping you to quiet the mind, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling grounded yet energised. Known for her calm, encouraging presence, Tempeste gently challenges her students to progress with each class, building confidence and resilience both on and off the mat. Her teaching creates a welcoming space for all levels, fostering a sense of community and shared growth within every session.
Outside of teaching you will find Tempeste enjoying a long walk with a good coffee in hand.
