A mat based class focusing on functional exercises with a strong mind-body connection designed to restore correct postural alignment, improve balance and flexibility, increase overall fitness and strength, restoring optimum physical function.

All abilities are welcome, sessions are modified for beginners and trainers will always cater for any injuries.
