Strong & Fit is a blended class featuring strength and endurance training in a fun and energetic way using a range of weights, bodyweight and mobility exercises, plyometrics, and cardio designed to give an all round work-out.
All abilities are welcome, sessions are modified for beginners and trainers will always cater for any injuries.
