Hatha vinyasa yoga.

A dynamic yoga class offering a holistic practice that builds strength and flexibility through both flowing movements and sequences and static poses as well as allowing time for the body and mind to find connection and rest.

All abilities are welcome, sessions are modified for beginners and trainers will always cater for any injuries.
