Strong classes feature resistance training, free weights and bodyweight exercises designed to focus on body conditioning, build strength and functional fitness. All abilities are welcome, sessions are modified for beginners and trainers will always cater for any injuries.
Burn
This midweek, midday burn class features strength based training and dynamic cardio that aims to improve overall fitness and burn calories, whilst also energising you through to the end of the week. A mat based class focusing on functional exercises with a strong mind-body connection designed to restore correct postural alignment, improve balance and flexibility, increase overall fitness and strength, restoring optimum physical function.
